Name, professional email, organisation, role, professional category, area of interest, optional message and optional updates preference. Do not submit client case data or sensitive personal information.
The operator must identify the legal controller and contact details, lawful basis by processing purpose, vendors and international transfers, actual retention period, data subject rights and complaint route, security/access arrangements, and how to withdraw update consent. The final notice must reflect the real configuration and be reviewed for applicable law.
